I don't like to throw 1 Star review unless company makes me do it and always give them a chance to explain the situation. But if they try or answer, means to me that they don't care if i stay with them. At the end we loose our connection. Here is the email i sent to my agent. Ms. Nykole I called your office and requested the reason why my insurance getting increase every 6 months , it started from $284.00 to $409.00 . I would like to know the legit reason. I already heard plenty of times about inflation and StateFarm increasing insurance to everyone in state of Ohio. Eggs are getting expensive that’s what i get the reason from your office assistance Barbara. Very unprofessional. She said she will look into my account and get back to me on jan. 13/2023 Friday because her husband has surgery on Jan. 12/2023 Thursday. I understood that wish her good luck and waited someone to explain the reason but no luck- I sent Ms. Nykole almost 25 + customers but at the end - cant even get one email in response. Very unhappy about this kind of attitude."
